PT BSS

PT BSS is a coal mining company newly acquired and operated by our group shareholders since March 2025. Strategically located in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, the mine benefits from efficient logistics, with close proximity between the mining site and the coal loading area, ensuring cost-effective transport and timely delivery.

Our concession operates under a valid PKP2B (Coal Contract of Work) mining permit, covering approximately 7,300 hectares, with a license period extending until December 03, 2049. This long-term permit provides operational stability and underpins our group’s commitment to delivering competitively priced coal to domestic and International clients.

In 2025, we established strategic partnerships with Cutting Edge and Auxin Tech - renowned global players in coal mining technology and operations. These collaborations enhance our technical capabilities and production efficiency enabling us to meet growing energy demands while maintaining high operational standards.
